  • That’s not a problem at all, in fact, our service is perfect for you as it means you have to deal with tech even less! We take care of all your social media posts, the only tech ‘stuff’ you’ll have to do is give us access to your social media accounts (If you have them set up), which we will walk you through step by step.

  • No, absolutely not! If we’re honest, we believe our service is so good and our price is so low that you would never want to cancel! We want to give you peace of mind that you’re not tied down to a long contract and can cancel at any time.   • Absolutely, we offer our service to any predominantly English-speaking country/businesses with predominantly English-speaking clientele. This is due to all our posts being in English (this could change in the future). All digital marketing principles that generate results are based on human psychology. Regardless of each countries' cultural and local differences, human psychology remains very much the same. As a result, the digital marketing principles we use can be applied to ANY country.

  • After signing up we’ll start the Client on-boarding process. This is where you provide us access to your social media pages. We will also go through your website, services, products you offer, and business information. We’ll then input all this information into our proprietary system to create custom, highly targeted social media posts for your business. This process takes up to 7 days. You will receive an email about this as soon as you sign up.

  • Absolutely. While you don’t have to post while using our service you absolutely can. There are only one or two instances where we would say it would be beneficial for you to post on your social media yourself. These are:

    1. When you have temporary sales, discounts, or competitions that are active.

    2. Reactive posts. By reactive posts we mean, for example, if you’re a butcher and it’s very hot in your local area and it’s likely people will be BBQing over the weekend. You may want to post about your BBQ hampers (this is only going to be a few times a year, especially in the UK). If we were to do posts like this, it would require additional man-hours which then would mean we have to increase our pricing and we want to keep our service as low priced as possible whilst making no sacrifices to the quality of our service or our customer's success. This allows us to do that.

  • No, this service is solely for hand-crafting custom-curated social media posts/content and posting it for you. Similarly to the above, offering social media management would require considerably more man-hours. One person could only provide the level of service we’re known for, for a limited number of clients. As a result, we would have to charge considerably more for our service. Not only that, Social media management and engagement doesn’t offer as much ROI, as it would be a much higher cost in comparison to our social media posting service, as thousands of people can see your posts and go from your posts directly to your website to purchase, whereas a far smaller number of people will engage and message. This may be something we offer as an optional add on service in the future.

  • There is no catch. As we mentioned above, some social media companies charge £699+ For a basic plan (posting twice a week on one platform), and entry-level social media management positions at companies START from £25,000 P/Y with experienced managers STARTING at £40,000.
